Siya Dilimeni
Highly competent and valued for his ability to identify and convert opportunities into new business as the Group CEO he is responsible for the strategic delivery and significant contribution to the Group’s profits.
With over 20 years’ experience, Siya is a strategic management specialist and exceptionally proficient in developing and implementing business development strategies.
His passion for new business development led the Group’s expansion into the Gauteng, Free State, North West and Northern Cape Regions of South Africa and secured substantial local shareholding to structure MWG’s KZN operations.
He has been involved in numerous mega projects in the commercial sectors. His extensive industry experience and leadership qualities have resulted in nominations to the boards of several subsidiary and affiliated companies. Where he serves as valuable Board Member and Chairperson.
Siya’s formidable track-record in business development includes participation and involvement with high projects with institutions such as National Skills Fund (NSF), Department of Public Works, NHBRC, Anglo American, Department of Transport, Various Municipalities across South Africa (at Provincial and Local Level)
His acknowledged expertise in project management, statutory and strategic planning is combined with finely-honed leadership, inter-personal and communication skills that boost efficiency and profitability.
