Siya Dilimeni
I was born in the Eastern Cape, formerly Ciskei in Qonce formerly known as King Williams Town. I spent a lot of time my childhood in Port Elizabeth and mostly where I attended schooling.
I regularly visited home on school breaks and played a very important role in making sure my grandfather’s livestock was well look after, I think the herd boy experience had a huge impact on my leadership skills, from a very young age I had to be very responsible and make sure I was able to account for anything that I was given responsibility for.
I moved to the Western Cape, in Cape Town and that became my business training ground, after 20 years here I am today in the pinnacle point of my career.
When I had a vision and founded MWG GROUP I had no intention to becoming a big player or competitor. I was simply pursuing my passion and calling – which is to serve people and organisations, diligently.
Little did I know that God had a much bigger plan, and here we are now – MGW is growing in a way I never imagined.
Fast Forward 2025, I am returning to my homeland with a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise to play a role in not just moving my region forward but helping my country move forward.
